Cookies Vegan al cacao senza burro e uova | Kitchen

Salve a tutti!
In questi giorni di quarantena, ho deciso di proporvi una ricetta facile e gustosa da fare in poco tempo!
Sto parlando dei cookies vegani al cacao senza burro e uova, un dolce adatto per la colazione o per uno spuntino veloce!



Ingredienti:

  • 130gr di farina (quella che più preferite, io uso quella per dolci)
  • 50gr di cacao in polvere 
  • 50gr di zucchero
  • mezzo cucchiaino di bicarbonato
  • mezza bustina di lievito per dolci
  • 70 ml di acqua
  • 50ml di olio di semi di girasole
  • scaglie di cioccolato 



  1. In una ciotola mettere tutti gli ingredienti in polvere, singolarmente setacciati e mescolare bene per ottenere un composto omogeneo
  2. aggiungere poi a filo l'acqua e l'olio, mescolando bene, in modo da ottenere un impasto umido e mollicio
  3. accendere il forno a 180gradi in modalità ventilata
  4. Aggiungere le scaglie di cioccolato tagliate grossolanamente per ottenere un risultato più artigianale e impastare con le mani
  5. Ricoprire la leccarda del forno con la carta forno e creare delle palline di 2-3cm di diametro
  6. Appoggiarle sulla leccarda e pressarle per ottenere la grandezza che più si preferisce (a seconda se li preferite più o meno alti)
  7. Infornare per 15min a 180gradi ventilati
Consigli

Se preferite ottenere un impasto più dolce, potete ridurre la dose di cacao in polvere in 35gr
Se volete provare la versione classica, escludete il cacao in polvere dagli ingredienti e usate 180gr di farina
Se preferite, potete sostituire le scaglie di cacao con frutta secca, cioccolato bianco o mirtilli
